This telephone training programme looks at how to ensure that the telephone occupies its rightful place in your working environment and does not become a bully on your desk!
Our training programmes can include simple telephone techniques, language and process, through to NLP-type tools, how you feel about the ‘phone, your job and your role, and whether you are suited to your role. There is a big difference between taking calls from people who need your help to those who are complaining. Does your phone help or hinder you in your work?
